in the first stanza,the poets has talked about her numerous capability that she posses.if she had the resolution and unshakable will power,she can be victorious,pierce the heavens and attain the unattainable.

I believe if a pebble is thrown upwards
I can pierce the heavens
And see the angels at play

In this first stanza the poet talks about her self belief to reach the top and attain the unattainable. The lines are symbolic.
